It seems like forever since I have been able to do a full work out. The recovery from the flu turned pneumonia has been a long one for me, but I’m starting to get some strength back and have slowly been getting back into my regular work out routine. Before I got sick I was walking about an hour a day with the stroller. Now, I’m trying to work up to that again by starting at a ten minute walk and each day increasing it by 5 minutes. It’s slow going, but at least I have new work out clothes to keep me motivated.
I bought this shirt on major sale without trying it on and when I got home I realized it flared at the hips and was not figure flattering. Using a clear hair tie I knotted it at the side to bring in the flared area….problem solved!
