The Perfect Maxi Dress

TGIF! This week has been way too busy. We are getting ready to go on a week long vacation (tune into Instagram to see where we are headed), so I have been working extra hours to help make-up the time I am going to miss in addition to all our usual play dates, toddler outings, and mom & tot swim lessons. While I have been working a bit more than I would like too, we still have had time to do a few fun things as a family. Last Saturday we spent the day strolling around the country club admiring the perfectly manicured golf courses and counting down the days until the construction is done in the restaurant and patio. I wore this dress from Design History, which is the perfect dress for summer. It’s light weight fabric doesn’t wrinkle, which is a huge selling point for me because I dread ironing. Plus it’s comfortable, but a bit daring making it the perfect club or resort dress.

I hope you guys have a great weekend! I am planning to catch up on sleep and come up with an itinerary for our trip.
